These terms apply to your use of BOOKYO (bookyo.com.au). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
BOOKYO is an AI assistant for service businesses. It answers client enquiries on SMS, email, web chat, Telegram and WhatsApp (where enabled), quotes from your own rates, books times you have marked available, and requests deposits using your own payment link. Channels are connected for you by our team.
Your account and acceptable use
Keep your account details accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for the services, rates and availability you enter — the assistant relies on them. Do not use the service to send spam, unlawful or misleading messages, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
Messaging your clients
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your clients and for following applicable laws, including the Spam Act 2003 and the Privacy Act 1988. The service honours STOP opt-outs automatically, but it does not remove your own legal obligations.
AI assistance
Replies are generated by AI from the information you provide. The assistant is designed not to make up prices or availability, but it can make mistakes. Review your conversations, and step in whenever you want — the assistant goes quiet when you reply.
Fees
Plans are charged at a flat monthly price shown on our website. We do not take commission on your bookings. Client deposits are paid directly to you through your own payment link and are not handled by us.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bookings or revenue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
